Yvonne O’Neal – member of the Task Force on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and the Task Force Against Human Trafficking

In the Episcopal Diocese of New York, Yvonne is a member of the Standing Committee, Chair of the Deputation to General Convention, and a founding member of both the Task Force on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and the Task Force Against Human Trafficking. For the former Task Force, during the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence last year, Yvonne produced the webinar “Climate Change: What’s Gender Got to Do With It?” This year’s November 30 webinar is “Gender-Based Violence Spotlight: The Race to End Child Marriage by 2030.”

Yvonne serves on The Church Pension Group Board of Trustees and is the vice chair of the Audit Committee. She is also a Trustee and Vice President of The Church Club of New York. Yvonne is the Lay Representative to the Province II Council. She was a member of the Advisory Council of the Anglican Communion Office at the United Nations, to which the 104th Archbishop of Canterbury appointed her.
